Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay's birthplace was Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn MCKAY, who was born into the Mormon Church's First Family, utilized her writing talent as well as expertise in research to write the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 with the title: No Man knows My History, she used both. This title is taken from the funeral sermons of Joseph Smith, who was the founder of The Church of Latter-Day Saints. The preacher shocked the audience when he said proclaiming: "You don't even know my name. There is no way to know the inside of my mind." My life story isn't known to anybody. It's impossible for me to reveal it. I wrote the 29-year old Fawn: Since that day of truth, more than three writers have stepped up to the plate. Many have deified and even abused his character, whereas others are trying to find out the root of the issue. There is nothing to suggest the case that there's not enough documentation instead, they're completely inconsistent. It's a daunting task to organize these records in order to discern firsthand narratives from third-hand copies and then to put Mormon and non Mormon stories into the form of a cohesive mosaic. This is both exciting and instructive. Fawn brodie devoted herself professionally in this endeavor. Thaddeus Stewards, the result of her research and writing has made her a famous author. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. An Intimate Historical Document (1974) and posthumously Richard Nixon.
