Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24, 1992) is a Canadian actress. She was the character Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was raised and was born to British Columbia. To begin her career, Rickards began by dancing and musical theater, in the hopes of eventually being able to introduce more formal acting. Her high school graduation was sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she earned her acting essentials certificate. When she had completed the course, she went to an audition for open casting and got signed. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver is where she studied. The chemistry she shared between her and Stephen Amell, positive feedback from fans and her sarcastic remarks led to an initial signing for one episode as a guest star.
